I love this.

By the way, I've finished 'The Ink Trade.' Are there any more collections of essays/journalism I could tuck into?

Thank you!

Thank you! As a matter of fact, we released Burgess's essays on music, The Devil Prefers Mozart this year. Carcanet are the publishers. It's packed with essays that should keep you going for a while. That and The Ink Trade are the only ones currently in print. You can find out more here: https://www.carcanet.co.uk/cgi-bin/indexer?product=9781800173088

Wonderful. I’ll get that. If you know of any out-of-print collections which I could hunt down, I’d appreciate it.

You may be able to find copies of Homage to Qwert Yuiop and One Man's Chorus if you know where to look, but we can't guarantee availability or price.

I've found both for under £20. Thank you!

I’m visiting Rome in September. I will try to get a reservation and let you know my thoughts.

We were there in 2020. AB wasn't wrong about the wines or the artichokes.
